What Can I Expect After My RF Appointment?
After the first 24-48 hours when redness and swelling go away, your skin will still be producing new collagen and elastin. Due to this, treatments require a wait time between 4-6 weeks.
It’s important to maintain a good skincare regime and wear sunscreen to protect your skin. Avoiding smoking and alcohol will also improve your healing process.
There is no downtime necessary with microneedling treatments. You can resume back to usual activities and even wear makeup after 24 to 72 hours, depending on your sensitivity.
