Membership questions
When does billing start?
Your first charge occurs on the day you sign up. Monthly billing renews on the same date each month thereafter.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and your membership ends at the close of the current paid period. No cancellation fees.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No — monthly treatment credits expire at your billing cycle end. We'll send a reminder 5 days before expiry so you can use them.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated for the remaining days in your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Can I use my membership discount with a gift card?
Yes. Membership discounts apply first, then gift card value is deducted from the discounted total.
Are membership discounts automatic?
Yes. Once your membership is active, discounts apply automatically at checkout — no codes, no reminders needed.
Can I pause my membership?
In exceptional circumstances, Elena may approve a membership pause for up to 2 months. Contact us directly to discuss.
Is there a contract?
No contracts, no commitments. Month-to-month only. Your membership is as flexible as your schedule.
